Shelborn has acquired on behalf of clients an 18.5 acre site in the heart of the West Edinburgh business district. The site, previously owned and occupied by NatWest Group, currently has 330,000 sq ft of office accommodation across the two buildings with an excess of 1,000 car parking spaces. Shelborn will be looking to redevelop Drummond House to create 300,000 of new build office accommodation. We will begin marketing the 90,000 sq ft Younger Building with immediate effect.
