Brian trained, qualified and practiced as a commercial lawyer with a West End, London firm for 6 years dealing with all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, landlord and tenant, development and funding, and commercial litigation, before joining Schreiber Holdings Limited where he was tasked with developing their commercial and development portfolio over a period of 12 years. Brian has consistently developed and improved underperforming buildings throughout the UK adding significant value in doing so. He has expanded the scope to both commercial and residential and both existing and out of the ground schemes. Since co-founding Shelborn in 2013 he has led the acquisitions team in acquiring 4.5 million sq ft of commercial offices across the country.

Mark started his career in 2011 in asset management at a small family office specialising in both residential and commercial property primarily on the management side as well as Landlord and Tenant negotiations. In 2013 Mark co-founded Shelborn along with Brian with specific focus on setting up the management and asset management divisions. He currently takes a more active role in acquisition and development opportunities.
